Fraserburgh

"The heaters need to be cleaned really badly. We turned them on because the house was cold, but they started to smell horrible. Like burnt dust. The carpets are stained and need a good steam cleaning. There was a very strange and offensive odor in the master bedroom. It smelled like the chemicals in a hair salon. We booked 3 nights and only stayed for 1. Expedia tried to reach out to the property owner, but they didn’t respond and we couldn’t get our money back. I don’t recommend this rental."

Saplinbrae Hotel and Lodges

10/10 Excellent

"The Hotel is amazing the staff could not do enough and it felt well looked after and money had been spent on it. Breakfast was superb and plenty of coffee. Plenty of parking and I will absolutely be staying here again."

Harbour Spring, Peterhead by Marston's Inns

8/10 Good

"Rooms were as expected, clean and comfortable as expected. Accommodation is across the car park from the main restaurant and there are 2 options nearby for EV charging, which was useful for us. I’m a light sleeper and could hear the noise from nearby road and car parks, but didn’t keep me up for long. Food in the restaurant was ok, typical pub fayre in the evening, but we never tried the breakfast- which you can drop in for without booking."

Beachview

10/10 Excellent

"My second visit here was just as brilliant as the first visit, a different room this time but just as nice, with excellent views over the sea and harbour. A friendly welcome on my arrival and a spotless, very spacious room. The whole property looks like it’s been fully renovated recently and their attention to detail is excellent, nice fluffy towels, quality bedding, really nice decor all make the room feel very comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll be back again when I’m next in the area."

Rural cottage with stunning views

10/10 Excellent

"Clean and comfortable house with everything you need , it is in a superbly quiet location , so peaceful, my only gripe is, the decking outside needs to be reconditioned, holes appearing in it and looking a bit shabby, but don’t let that put you off, this was my third time here and it definitely will not be my last"

Stunning 1 Bedroom Fishermans Cottage Located In The Beautiful Village Of Pennan

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely quiet location over looking the sea. Cottage cosy especially with fire lit. Have everything you needed to make you feel like home. Lovely nights sleep after a work through the village to the pub and back home to sit in front of the fire with a cuppa. Perfect for a nights stay"
