"Our check in process flowed so smoothly. The only recommendation is that it was hard to find which cabin was ours. We came late at night and could not see the numbers on the cabin. Thankfully another person was outside and showed us our cabin. The price was right for our time there. It was such a peaceful atmosphere and we're looking forward to going back with our family!!"

"When we arrived the cabin was not what was pictured on line. The key box was open with no key. We drove around and found what was pictured but no key. We called the phone number and the operator said maintenance would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no maintenance. We had driven more than 5 hours with two small children called back the operator said the last person using the cabin took the key, the only place available would sleep 4 2 double beds. We had reserved a 2 bedroom cabin that would sleep 7 - We obtained an air mattress and made do by placing it in the living room"
