"This lovely cottage was like walking into an HGTV home! It’s a nice little wall dorm to the Association beach access. It was even more fun to walk up the street 2 minutes to get lobster rolls! We loved that there were fans in the closet so we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy a Maine evening beeeze."

"We had a great time at the lake house. The space was perfect for cooking for a crowd, dining together, watching TV with plenty of space for 2 wild Indians to run around. Of course much time was spent at the lake, which in addition to the picnic tables and umbrellas, has perfect tree shade all day. (Suggest bringing water shoes). The lake also has its own eagles nest. We got to see the juveniles practice leaving the huge nest and flying around. The kitchen is well equipped. I even found a hand mixer to bake a cake for my grandson’s birthday! Could have used one large frying pan -is really my only suggestion for an addition. A great time was had by young, mid-30’s and the ancients!"
"We had a wonderful week with family on Sebago Lake. The house is in a gorgeous spot, close to local stores and restaurants. The views from the house are beautiful. The house is well stocked, especially the kitchen and water toys (koala, floats, water toys). The outdoor fire pit was perfect and they had wood and kindling. The beds were comfy and having a downstairs family room was a plus. Our hosts were super easy to communicate with as well. We made lots of memories in Maine this summer! "
"Check in was convenient. The location was great for renting a boat, getting gas, paddling and kayaking. Plenty of room inside, great size kitchen and appliances. Washer and dryer on same floor a bonus. sleeping accommodations primarily in basement except for master on third floor and 2 twins only on main floor, the rest in basement and one is shared with the water heater system and pump system lull you to sleep. Rugs in house very grungy except master bedroom. mouse poop and bugs in many areas. Shower slippery and elderly parent slipped and fell . Only half a tank of gas for grill and had to go buy gas. Great fire pit and beautiful Sunsets can't be beat. Not too big of a deal but sits on a channel so boat traffic can be busy on weekends only. Dock posts very very sharp and cut hands on when docking boat so had to duct tape them. On/off dock difficult due to height of step and Lots of stairs to go up and down and hill. So if you have family with difficultty walking/doing stairs it was very challenging and not disclosed. Great location to stores, restaurants and things to do for the kids of all ages. 100% relaxing location, great escape private little beach a bonus and good fishing. Just needs attention to the safety details. "
