"Small, peaceful cabin on the shores of the Blackfoot River. Ideal location if you want a quiet place to return to after a day exploring the area. Our pup enjoyed sitting in the yard watching the birds, squirrels, and rafters floating down the river. The kitchen was well furnished.You can scramble down to wade or swim in the river, other activities require a drive. Our pup particularly loved the Jacobs Island Dog Park in Missoula! The window AC struggled to keep up with the heat late in the day in late July.The manager was very responsive."

"I felt like I had come ‘home’ from the moment I pulled up in front of this gracious but cozy cabin. Its setting on the edge of the Blackfoot River is incomparable, as are the furnishings and appointments in every room of this sprawling masterpiece. My grandchildren ran through the huge yard surrounded by pines and we all had our feet in the river moments after arriving. Grownups may have napped in the hammock ? It was a heavenly home and property and the most thoroughly well- stocked rental I have ever enjoyed. I wanted to read every book, snuggle under every blanket and listen for the noises of every wild animal neighbor. We were so sorry to leave and hope we can return someday. THANK YOU"

"Wonderful property. Very clean. Only comment is I didn’t realize the property did not have central air conditioning. It was 100 degrees outside during our stay. The home has air conditioning upstairs. The main floor did stay relatively cool though."

"The house was great for our family. The kids could go downstairs and do their thing while the adults enjoyed the peace and quiet. The view was awesome, we were able to sit on the deck a little bit before the rain moved it. It was so nice listening to the river. The location was great for the wedding venue we were using. I will definitely keep my info for the place."
