The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also did a trekking tour organized by them, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. This is truly a fantastic place that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka, far away from the chaos and mass tourism."

"We had always wanted to stay on a Tea Estate in the hills and this did not disappoint. A great tour of the estate was arranged either the Tea Estate Manager and was an excellent insight into how tea is grown and picked. Great views from the veranda. Staff most helpful."

"First of all the condition of bathroom and the cleanliness of the room in general was really poor, insect on the floor, mold and dirty at evwry corner.In the morning, after informing the reception that the water was cold, and after the visit of some staff, we have been forced to take cold shower, since the problem was not solved after more than 40 minutes. "This hideaway was delightful. Immaculately clean, super quiet, it was a lovely stay. It is a bit of a drive off the main road, but the endless views are unforgettable. No restaurant, but takeaway orders are easily fulfilled, and the dreamy pool makes it worth a longer stay."

"Good place to stay in Kandy. Walking distance to most attractions. Unfortunately hotel has NO lifts and being 4 stories may prove difficult for some. Wide stairs and port service does overcome this but could be better. This should be highlighted in advertising. Breakfast buffet excellent, with evening meals available. Great view over Kandy spoilt a little by substandard building close next door. Hotel unlicensed for alcohol but I understand this is being addressed."
