"The hotel was very clean, the room was as described. It is situated close to the town centre and the train station. You have to check out at 10 but they will look after your luggage until 5 . Do take your own toiletries as no shampoo etc provided. Also only three coffee pods provided for 3 of us on a 4 day stay. "

"Perfect location in the center of the old town, but just far enough away from peak tourist spots that it was quiet and safe. The apartment was very secure and spacious. It was very well-equipped and felt very traditional. No roadside parking was available, but there was a garage nearby."

"Antonio was very responsive and friendly. His parents actually checked us in, but we subsequently met Antonio a few times. We had issues with the elevator and wifi being out for an extended period -- none of which had to do with the apartment. But, he found out when the elevator would be fixed. He contacted the wifi people several times and then went above and beyond by obtaining a different wifi portal for us to use. The cooking facilities were very good. We loved the washer and separate dryer....

"O apartamento tem ótima localização, principalmente para quem vai pegar o trem para outras cidades ao redor como Modena, Imola etc. Também está próximo de dois mercados (COOP e Aldi) e restaurantes. Em termos de "comodidades", o colchão da cama poderia ser melhor e também a quantidade de saches de sabonete líquido. Nós tivemos que comprar sabonete para podermos tomar banho mais "tranquilamente"."

"We had a wonderful time in Bologna. The apartment was small and quaint, perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard drinking a glass of wine in the evening. "We spent 6 nights in this very nice apartment in early June 2024. It has all that we needed including a washing machine and 2 drying racks. There is also a dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows. The apartment has air conditioning in both the main room and bedroom and works very well. "In general: good location, walking distance to the central and the city centre. View over the orange/terracotta rooftops of Bologna from the windows. However, some cons to be mentioned: we struggled with reaching the responsible person for the check in which caused stress. When we arrived, the accommodation was not cleaned properly and the linens and towels were dirty. Both the laundry machine and the AC did not work properly. And in addition, the electricity went off.
