"The staff was very polite and informative. The ambience was wonderful, nostalgic even. They had live music. I did however wish there were more after hours purchasable items such as a deck of cards. There wasn't anywhere close by that offered such items either. Otherwise the water stayed hot in the room and it was very spacious and clean. Loved the robes in the room, great! The evening concierge was sweet and helpful too."
