"We stayed here for 2 nights in the beautiful silver Maple suite in the back with windows that looked out on the beautiful greenery in the backyard – – we even saw deer grazing! Carrie is the adorable Manager who makes blueberry muffins to die for for breakfast. This house has so much character and history! It’s location is wonderful, only 20 minutes from Lake Placid!"

"We booked the suite since we were a group of 5. The suite had 3 rooms so we would have been quite comfortable but due to change of plans it was just us 3. The hosts were warm and welcoming when they greeted us. Breakfast was lovely each morning, and they provided helpful suggestions for sightseeing. "We spent one day and night at this hotel. Beautiful view of the Whiteface mountains. Very home like atmosphere. Nice rooms with everything you need. Owner of the place very nice and helpful. Lots of toys for kids to play with. My 2 and 4 year old had a blast there. Huge living room with tables board games tv etc. I would definitely recommend it and come back there again."
