"The bed was wonderful! They changed our room because the one we reserved they didn’t have so moved us to a king room staff said had just been updated. A few issues no stopper for the jacuzzi tub, the phone didn’t work and in the shower the next morning we discovered it only had hot water making taking a shower difficult. We let staff know about water at check out. They were apologetic. But the bed was great everything was clean I just believe they didn’t check the room that had just been revitalized very well. I’m sure they will fix it and all will be well"

"I HATE WHEN THEY CLOSE THE POOL SO DAM EARLY. THAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF ME BRING MY DAUGHTER AND TO OTHER COUSIN TO THE HOTEL. I ASK THE MAN ON STAFF WHY THEY CLOSE DOWN THE POOL. HE SAID TO MANY KIDS WERE IN THE POOL AND NO ADULT WAS THERE TO WATCH THERE KIDS. I THOUGHT THAT THEY HAVE TO GET A BAND TO ENTER THE POOL. I DIDN'T RECEIVE NOT ONE BAND WHEN I CHECK IN LAST SATURDAY. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB WHEN IT COME DOWN TO THE POOL RULES. MY DAUGHTER WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AND IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY WEEKEND."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of charging stations but no elevator. I just has a heart Cath and needed an elevator. No nonsmoking rooms were available on 1st floor. I didn’t realize all multiple floor hotels don’t have elevators."
