Lot was over 1/2 empty, I had a good spot out of the way, and she made a big deal out of it and made me move. Really frustrating bad customer service. "

"We checked in later in the afternoon. Decide to stay at the hotel for dinner instead of going out. We waited a long time at the bar to receive service from anyone. I approached the gentleman at the front desk and was told someone would be back soon. They were on break. We waited a while longer. We were told by other dinners we should probably go somewhere else if we expected good service in Jackson. They were correct! "
