To make matters worse the microwave also did not work, so I couldn't even reheat food that I brought to the room. The staff made promises that they did not keep. I stayed 6 days and not one day of room service / housekeeping. "

Top half of wall also had body hair. Kitchen wall above stovetop covered in grease and wall was melted. Cable said HBO available but it wasn't."
