"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel feels a little older and maybe in need of carpet cleaning. The rooms do have an odor and it's probably because of the carpeting. Once I was in the room for awhile, I didn't notice any longer. "
"Let me start by saying I was traveling alone to visit a family member who was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer. It was a very emotional travel experience.
I was greeted by Dominique at the front desk - she was lovely and very accommodating. She was able to answer any questions I had and called me as soon as the room was available. She was a breath of fresh air since I was traveling alone.
During my stay we also met Tony. He was very engaging and helpful. At one point the fire alarms had went off and had to evacuate. He moved swiftly and encouraged everyone to remain calm and exit the building. He was very calm / reassuring under pressure! Once the issue was checked and cleared we all were back into our rooms.
The continental breakfast was absolutely YUMMY and a great way to start the day.
Lastly, my accommodations were very nice and CLEAN! The bed comfy & the water pressure amazing - you don't find that often while traveling.
