While the cleaning staff clearly worked very hard and made it as clean as possible, the first few nights of my stay, there was a strange musty/cigarette smell. It was clearly and older room that could use an update.

Staff: Courteous throughout. Room? Shower: not great. Broken bits. Crap lighting. NO cups for water (in bathroom) or drinks (in bedroom. Had to use coffee cups. Pretty disappointing given the reviews, so we kinda think we were gieven the worst room in the hotel?!

There was a walmart, gas stations and a few restaurants right beside the hotel so that was very convenient. The main lobby has been renovated so its very inviting and nice. The front desk folks were friendly. The bistro staff were also very nice! This hotel had one of the best hotel gyms! That was great. The rooms are nice, comfy beds and clean. The pillows weren't great and the bathrooms are a bit old and dated. But overall I would definitely stay here again.
