An excellent hotel to stay

Soft bed, clean rooms, good views from the 25th floor, shopping center next to the hotel. A lot of parking space. The pool was maybe a bit too cold. Overall experience was excellent.

The front desk (big fit men) were absolutely dreadful when I checked out with my wife and a tony large luggage I was offered no help whatsoever to my car down stairs. I am 75 with evidence of a recent major knee operation. The staff were lazy and uninterested. In addition I specifically asked and wrote down that 2 small ice bags that I need for my insulin pens were to be frozen. I picked them up on checking out and zero had been done. No interest at all and same men. Dreadful lazy staff.

Bra och rymligt rum. Väldigt sköna sängar. Bra städat. Det framgick dock inte i bokningen att frukost ej ingick för den tredje gästen. 490 baht för 1 frukostbuffé. Däremot kostade deras lunchbuffé 259 baht och den var väldigt bra och prisvärd. Sängkläder fanns ej heller för den tredje gästen men det levererade dom till rummet i efterhand.
