"My room had an intense smell of smoke from a fire that recently occurred in that room or the room below or next to it. I called the front desk to switch rooms. Unfortunately, they said they were sold out so they couldn’t move me to another room. So the front desk came up to my room and brought me a spray bottle full of cleaning disinfectant. I had the staff smell my room and they agreed how bad it smelled. Again, she couldn’t do anything to help me other than spray the disinfectant all over. I did so and it did nothing to help. My complaint is with the manager allowing that room to be rented out. That room should be off the market unit they address the issue. The hotel was nice and clean with no complaints other than the smell in my room being so overpowering I got about 2-3 hours of sleep. The manger allowing that room to stay open should be audited and demoted or at minimum held accountable for this failure to provide every guest with the best experience. "

"The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. "

"The AC wasn't as strong as I'd of liked, I'm a hot sleeper so I struggled to sleep since the room wasn't cold enough. A few things were broken like the outlets near the bed and the removable shower head. However, everything else was very clean and staff was great. :)"

"We've been to Arizona every spring for the last 5 years and this was our favorite house we've stayed in. The size was perfect, the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable, and everything was exceptionally clean.The only drawback, if you could call it that, is that the neighborhood is close to a local airport. There were quite a few training flights going over the house each day, but it wasn't terrible.Rick and Suzy were very responsive to questions and made us feel right at home. Thanks for a warm and relaxing week."
