"The first room was like a furnace, as light was beaming in and no air con. We asked to change and to their credit they found us a better room however it was still hot. The hotel chain needs to update to air con in all their places. It’s a must nowadays , we cldnt sleep. The De vere group prides itself on quality and beauty but its letting itself down by not keeping up to date with clients needs to actually sleep in a comfortable sleeping environment"

"Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned and had a large clump of someone’s hair bundled up under the sink on the floor. Kept windows open to for the entire stay as slightly damp smell in room. Hopefully just a blip, but will be returningnin September and October as well as visiting your chain in Walsall also in October"

"A decent and still fairly modern hotel - though I could tell they were understaffed at breakfast and the IT system was down the day we arrived which meant a laborious check-in. Decent breakfast area with good food choice. Room comfortable clean but fairly average spec."

"Fantastic stay. Staff was outstanding. The bed super comfy. Breakfast was so tasty and well prepared. My only minor negative comment would be the hot water in the shower and sink took a long time to heat up. Other than that I would definitely stay again."
