Clean spacious, modern apartment

We really enjoyed the apartment. On the plus side: spacious, clean. Negatives: no attendants, early (10AM) checkout. Mixed: the location was pretty convenient--about a half-mile from the center of town--but not quite ideal.

Very pleasant stay in Reading

The service Manager Levi is very helpful, giving us a warm welcome by receiving us himself upon our arrival. That was really unexpected. The apartment is clean and things are in good conditions. Even better than those hotels I live in London. Location of the apartment is good, not too close to the city ctr which I found too noisy. It's just within 10 mins walk to the major shopping mall Oracle. There is a Tesco nearby the apartment where you can just grab anything easily. We stayed in the apartment for 10 days.

Didn't stay in this apartment

I didn't stay at this apartment as there was a problem with it. I was contacted by Celador via email before my check in date explaining what had happened and were very apologetic. They ensured I receive two similar apartments and they were both as good as the one from the original booking. The place they offered were very close to town and had very spacious rooms and livjng areas. A very good alternative than the Faculty apartment. Thanks again for sorting the issue.

Faculty Apartments over Bank Holiday

We used the apartments as a base to explore the beautiful surrounding areas and would happily recommend the accommodation. We had one issue that was dealt with immediately which was excellent service. We were a group of 4 in one of the 2 bed apartments - everything you could want or need is provided. The only minor issue was the firmness of the pillows!

car owners beware

Very clean and well equipped apartments in a central location. Had difficulty finding the property on arrival because GPS was unclear and property is accessed via East Street. Also parking is difficult and resulted in my car being damaged by large van driven by another guest. Now have to sort out insurance, which is not good news.

Excellent Apt to stay

It was excellent Apt. to stay, brand new building with parking space on the back, clean and equipped well for cooking like at home. Modern designed bathrooms, plenty of closets. I definitely will book again if I have a chance to go there again, and for sure will recommend to friends.

what a lovely stay, from the greeting upon arrival,to the safe car park to the fantastically furnished apartment, it was clinically clean, all the mod cons,great wifi, huge tv in lounge, perfect kitchen, with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, fruit ,cereals and treats, lovely bathroom, with plush toiletries, soft flannels and towels, a really comfortable bed and all facilities you would expect in a 5 star hotel, it was a luxury self-contained flat,very good value for money and all in all perfect,,, thanks for a lovely stay

Awesome stay

Amazing spot, close to the centre. Very welcoming host, spotless, bright and modern appartement which has everything you can think off. I spent 6 weeks here and don’t mind staying again if required for work
