We had family flying into Newark from all over the world and this was so easy to get to, and the perfect place to relax, catch up and have space! We utilized every space of the property and had ages from 3-70. Jeff was so accommodating and very much available when we needed to ask him questions, etc. highly recommend this as a place for a family gathering!"

My only concern during my stay was the air conditioning was set at 61 degrees F, and we could not change the setting. It felt very cold to us, but it was 88 F outside, so it was definitely better than nothing."

We made the top floor the "Kid Zone", which was perfect as it had a bunch of individual beds and musical instruments. "This was an excellent base from which to explore both the Princeton campus and the wider region. Very spacious so perfect for a larger family. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. Interior is lovely and almost makes you feel you are in California (instead of NJ in winter.:)"

They reached out in advance and then met us upon our arrival for a nice tour of the house and the well kept grounds.
