Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min. View from the garden breathtaking

Tolle Lage, nahezu privater Strand. Einige Mängel wurden erst auf Anfrage beseitigt: Ventilator und Stuhl kaputt, Gasflasche am Grill bei Ankunft leer, plötzlich kein Wasser mehr, da Sisterne nicht rechtzeitig aufgefüllt wurde. Schade, trübte den guten Gesamteindruck.

Purtroppo possiamo dare solo 5 stelle. Mauro un ragazzo che farà strada … cortese attento presente. Location da favola nel verde , isolato che non sentì una macchina …spiaggia privata che si, è parecchio in salita … ma spettacolare è praticamente esclusiva. Speriamo di poterci tornare … grazie di tutto è stata una settimana di vero relax

Mit einer wundervollen Aussicht beinhaltet das Haus alles was ausreichend ist um angenehme Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Ein bißchen Kontition für steile Wege ist gefragt. Besonders genossen haben wir die unkomlizierte, immer sehr hilfsbereite Art der Hausverwaltung, ein besonderes Lob an dieser Stelle: )

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, sehr nah am Meer. Das Objekt ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich um seine Gäste und ist immer zu erreichen. Wegbeschreibung, Schlüsselübergabe, Empfehlungen für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren perfekt. Einfache Ausstattung, voll klimatisiert(jeder Raum einzeln), sehr sauber. Ruhe und Erholung pur. Der "Privatstrand" unterhalb der Felsklippen wird über einen steilen Weg durch einen Olivenhain erschlossen. Manche mögen den Weg als waghalsig empfinden, wir haben die Natur genossen beim 8 minütigen Aufstieg.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer, Zugang zum privaten Strand in ca. 400m Entfernung. Netter Vermieter, der sich rege gekümmert hat und immer ansprechbar war. Gerne wieder.

This place is wonderful. The cabin is situated with a magnificent view of the sea, with everything to make you comfortable, including an outdoor patio with a gas grill. The owner is very kind and checked in to make sure we were doing well. It is a rural area, but within driving distance of many different beaches. The beach near the property is reachable on foot. The path is a bit steep, but doable. Highly recommended. Only thing to note is that water in cabin is not potable, so you have to buy bottled water. Not difficult -- there is a discount supermarket nearby.

The House has everything you can ask (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning). It is a little bit far away from everything (8 minutes by car) but the view is amazing and it is the perfect place to relax and to be out of the world. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Beautiful beaches reachable either by foot or by car. You need to rent a car to get there. Very good experience and worth the price.

Heel goed en rustig gelegen huisje met een adembenemend zicht op zee. Die zee is overal dichtbij, heel mooie zandstranden in de buurt. Huis heeft alles wat men nodig heeft, heel proper en alle voorzieningen. Privé parking ook aanwezig. Eigenaar is binnen de paar minuten ter plaatse als je iets nodig hebt. Centraal gelegen om een heel groot stuk van Sicilié te bezoeken. Agrigento, Trapani, Marsala, Park van Zingaro, Torre Salsa, Scala dei Turchi, Syracusa, Vulkaan Etna etc... Heel goede restaurants (de vis en zeevruchten zijn er vers en subliem) in de buurt aan schappelijke prijzen, groot winkelcentrum in Agrigento. En de ZON, ze was er alle dagen ! Met spijt in het hart vertrokken. Bedankt voor de mooie twee weken.

Selbst in der Hochsaison ist die Lage dieser Location ruhig. Der Blick über die Bucht ist traumhaft. Große Terrassen mit Gasgrill und Auto im eingezäunten Garten. Der fußläufige Weg zum einsamen Strand ist bei Hitze etwas anstrengend, aber dafür ist der Nachbarstrand mit bewachtem P und Bar schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ohne Fahrzeug ist man hier allerdings sehr einsam... die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen rund um Agrigent (Valle dei templi,etc.) oder ins Landesinnere ist ideal.

Saubere und neuwertige Einrichtung mit allen wichtigen Geräten. Neue Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gasherd und Backofen, zusätzlicher Gasgrill vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteck sind neuwertig und ausreichend. Ebenso ausreichend können Warm- und Kaltwasser genutzt werden. Ein leistungsfähiger Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach ist vorhanden. So konnten wir regelmäßig italienische Eisspezialitäten auf der Terrasse mit weitem Blick übers Meer geniessen. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Aussendusche hilft den Sand der schönen Strände der Umgebung fürs Erste abzuspülen. Der Sanitärbereich ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und alle Einrichtungen funktionieren bestens. Vom Bidet über Massagedusche, bis zur Waschmaschine. Die Mückennetze vor den Fenstern helfen kleine Biester abzuhalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfreich und auch schnell über mobile Netze erreichbar. Seine Objekte sind sehr gepflegt und verfügen über sichere Umzäunung und Einrichtungen. Wir kommen wieder wenn wir wirkliche Ruhe mit bestem Meerblick brauchen. Die Bilder sind realistisch und werden genau so erlebt. Das Grundstück ist sehr sauber und die Abfallwirtschaft gut geregelt. In der Nähe sind wirklich schöne Sandstrände mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Das Objekt und der Vermieter kann nur bestens empfohlen werden.

Wir haben Anfang Juni eine absolut ruhige Woche in Realmonte genossen. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden, aber nicht einsam und bietet einen phantastischen Blick aus Meer und die umliegende Landschaft mit einem Turm aus dem 15. Jh. Agrigent und die Scala dei Turchi sind mit dem Auto - das für einen Urlaub in diesem Haus unerlässlich ist - sehr schnell zu erreichen. Bezüglich der Einrichtung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. E + M

Heerlijke dagen gehad in deze bungalow, met twee personen. Goede douche, binnen en buiten. Fijne terrassen om het huis. Op 300 meter van het strand (berg af). Ook een paar dagen wind en regen gehad (let op dat het water niet onder de deur doorloopt), maar dat kan de pret en luxe niet drukken. Sterk aan te bevelen!
