"Avoid at all costs! The house was unlivable throughout our stay of ca one week. There is a long ongoing full-blowout construction work of the second half of the building (two ”apparments”). They work all day for six days a week and the noice level is for most of the day 93 db, that is too loud to speak to each other, hear your own thoughts and obviously to put children to sleep.
