"Was called handicap room, however my husband who is in a wheelchair, couldn’t get in shower and barely to toilet. No microwave in room, but they did bring one."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful and the valet drivers were so nice and accommodating. I loved that the hotel wasn’t in a super busy area or on a high traffic road. Clean room, entire hotel was immaculate. The gym was fully equipped with treads, bikes and weights. I loved the bar/lounge area. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I've stayed at Intercontinental several times in the past including my honeymoon and have had a great experience. However, my experience at the Houston location wasn't as smooth. To start, the bell man was great, he was personable and was ready to help us. We had 4 big luggages and he was ready and willing to help with a smile. When trying to check in, the attendant wasnt as personable. Didnt even smile to welcome us. We got in early, so I asked if they had a room availbe to check in early. Unfortunately, it wasnt which is fine. But then a bout 45 mins later, as we were about to leave, they the attendant told us it was. We brought all our luggages including another family who was staying there as well. We opened the room and it wasn't ready. Had to bring all the luggages down again and was told we will have to wait. So, we just kept them in storage and left until the night time to check in as we wanted to explore. For feedback, if you are to over deliver, make sure you have it all set up appropriately. Smile and welcome your guests. Make them feel important. When checking out, they approved a late check out. They said I had to reprogram the key because it stops at the normal check out time. So i did, but when i went back, it didnt work. In short, it couldve been a better experience. "

"Booked because I needed a last minute place to stay. Elevator was not working. I had to lug my bags up to the third floor. "

"Breakfast was fresh. They were already breaking it down and stopped coffee by 9:40 when it shows to be served til 10am. Check in guy was nice when he got to us, but we were not a priority and had to wait because the other worker didn’t want to stop to check us in. Nothing that was a big deal. Just irritating when it’s late & you’re ready to get settled. "
