"Great location, quiet location, the grounds were imaculately maintained. The only issue was the pool area was not well maintained, used pool towels everywhere. Not enough pool towels, pool towels not identified where to find them. Gym towels not well stocked, the overall stay was quiet and serene."

"The property is ideally located near the 5 freeway. The town was a logical stop and an easy drive from Pasadena. Our ultimate stop was Oregon; so the next day's drive was easy. The Hotel has an immense and well appointed bedroom. The down pillow reminded me of home; the large bed fits my 6'6" frame with room to spare. The kitchen area had its own microwave and small refrigerator. Don't forget to go to the Park at 6:00 p.m. to see Madame Mallard feed the nearly 200 ducks (near the boat launching peer). The gym was small but adequate; and the staff is unbelievably helpful and always cheerful--I'm unsure if it is their natural demeaner or it is the result of the fresh air of Red Bluff."

"PROPERTY AND UP KEEP IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. IN ROOM. ONE LIGHT WAS OUT. ONE PLUG DID NOT WORK. NEWER TV. HAD TO GET MANAGER TO TURN IT ON AND GET TV CHANNELS. FRE PARKING. NO PARKING FOR RV OR TRAILERS. I HAVE A VAN AND A CAR TRAILER WITH A 1960 THUNDERBIRD. NO WHERE TO PARK."

"Love the little koi pond, how comfortable the bed was and how clean everything was as well. The employees were very helpful, I loved that there were all those birds by the swimming pool. Definitely made it different than any other place. The breakfast was nice had a little bit of everything for everyone. They also had one of those waffle makers which is always a win-win for me."
