"The reason we chose this hotel is that they advertise walk-in showers coming with every room. Only the accessible (handicapped) rooms are listed with both a walk-in shower and a handicapped-equipped bathtub with two sets of grab bars on their website and the Expedia site. So we booked a regular room and upon arrival found an outdated bathroom with a regular bathtub (no grab bars).
