"The hotel and our room were clean, but they had been sold out the night before and they were behind in cleaning the rooms. The front desk guy walked the entire first floor to find us a ready room, and he did. This hotel needs some TLC though, looking real run down in certain areas. But clean, that’s all I care about. There is a problem with homeless people in the area, so I’m always on alert when walking my dog, especially in the dark. "

"Amazing!!! The staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming for my first trip. The room was clean and parking was easy. I love the elevator. Breakfast was awesome and there was a morning attendant. She took care of all the guests that were have breakfast. "

"There was some freeway noise, but the room was comfortable. The restaurant was conveniently located, and the food was delicious. Will stay the next time I am in Redding "

"The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure as well. The curtains give the room a nice ambience and pop of color while giving privacy. The microwave and fridge were super nice and convenient. I loved the options for food around the area that the hotel gives answering any questions. What a perfect way to end a trip to Mount Shasta. "

"The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again."

"It's very spacious and dog-friendly. I just wish, since I needed a downstairs room because of breathing issues, that I wasn't so far away from vending. But it's very clean and in a very good neighborhood."

"Hotel nice and clean, room was very nice. Noise from adjoining room after 1:00am, and noise from room 3rd floor early 6:00am (stomping, running). Noise not a reflection on the hotel, but lack of concern from check-out staff was disappointing. Our next stay we will ask for third floor. Overall great place to stay. Excellent deli & ice cream shop across the parking lot, very nice people and reasonable pricing for nice sized portions. (Dills Deli open late and 32 Below ice cream also open late)."
