"There was no clerk on duty upon arrival and another traveller in the party obtained the card key. The property had recently changed hands so there were no amenities as advertised- no breakfast, pool, etc. Rooms were only cleaned when asked. Do not bother with this place…"

"Great stay!!!"

"Very friendly helpful staff Very clean rooms Breakfast had everything"

"Excellent place to stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park and Mount Shasta, making it a great base for exploring the area. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others!"

"Every single planter/non-paved area was full of dog poop. I’m convinced that nobody has ever picked up the poop at this ”dog friendly” hotel in the entirety of its existence. The room I stayed in was ugly, there was dirt in the corners of the floor in the main room and the bathroom, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, it was a really crappy place altogether. It was just a one night stopover for me, but if I had planned a longer stay I would have definitely left and found somewhere better!"

"Overall, this is a clean property with exceptionally friendly staff, and the check-in and check-out processes were wonderfully smooth. The location is very convenient for accessing Interstate 5, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. It is also a great spot if you are traveling with pets—there is a nice green space provided with a convenient poop bag station. However, there were a couple of drawbacks during the stay. Upon entering, the room had a very strong chemical smell from cleaning....

"Clean room, pretty quiet, breakfast was good."
