"Chalet was very clean. Little hard to find but wasn’t a problem in the end. We had a great time. Facilities were extremely good. Great for skiing and a family holiday. We had grandparents. Two families with two and three kids lots of room for us all and convenient to the ski hill. Hot tub and pool table was a nice add on. "

"My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. We were a little confused getting up to the unit and getting parked, but we figured it out with a little help from someone else that was staying on the property. It was unclear that the underground parking garage was in the adjacent building but connected underground (and only one of our key cards worked, and of course we grabbed the one that didn't work.). Once we had it figured out the rest of the stay was a breeze. Great location, we rode the mountain coaster, took the chairlift up and hiked down, walked the valley trails, had supper at the golf course and the t-bar grill, ate lots of ice cream and made good use of the pools! Loved all the information that was provided in the portal, everything was EXACTLY as described as far as what was provided within the unit and how to work everything. My only suggestions would be - at least one more icecube tray. We had a hard time keeping up our ice supply for water bottles etc. and it was great that there were some icepacks that we weren't expecting but we made use of them in our packed lunches while hiking. The only other thing we missed would be some ziplock baggies and/or food containers. We had lunches but didn't have anything to put our sandwiches, muffins, crackers and cheese into. Will be something I remember to check for or bring with me in the future. We are already hoping to come back next summer, I'm going to start training so I can do the Summit Hike! Thank you!"

"Fantastic property! Recently renovated, well maintained and very clean. Exceptional location. Wifi and streaming services great. Ample parking. Easy check-in and communication with hosts. Beds are very comfy and bathrooms well stocked. Kitchen is great... the only thing we wished for was a few more dishes, especially bowls. Panorama area never disappoints. We love coming here for family vacations. Have had the pleasure of staying in this unit before and we hope to do so again, very soon!! Thanks for a fantastic week."

"Our room was a suite in tamarack. It was decent size, had a coffee machine with no pot in the room. There was zero communication from the staff about reloading towels or even a quick tidy to the room. "
