"Lovely hotel, great location but the stand out was the staff, every person of staff that I spoke to was very friendly, a lot of the staff were young which in the U.K. could be a red flag however, maybe it’s the Cambridge air but they were all great."

"The website stated parking was provided, but when we arrived we were charged a substantial extra - not very welcoming. On Sunday morning we were woken by a very loud alarm. The staff's reaction was incompetent and seemed to reveal a complete ack of Fire awareness or training. No attempt was made to reassure visitors, ensure that everyone was accounted for or inform them that it was a false alarm. Restaurant staff were helpful and attentive."
