"From the moment we entered the gates of Aminya, we felt like we were coming home. The house itself is so welcoming & comfortable with all modern appliances & beautifully decorated. Our family of 8, including 2 years old twins loved the house & beautiful rolling hills around where we could watch wallabies, wombats & kangaroos on their natural habitat. We would happily return again!"
"A wonderful home and location. Our three kids (7, 5, 3) absolutely loved the spaces - inside and out. Feeding the chickens and goats (and collecting eggs) were highlights of a great school holiday trip. Beautiful, comfortable, warm - everything we wanted and more (including bunk beds!). Excellent location - direct access to beautiful Wattamolla Road drive to Berry or quick zip into Kangaroo Valley town. We hope to stay at Nanny Goat Farm again soon."
"Pros - extremely beautiful farm land view. Incredible sunset walk available up the hill where we saw cows. Sunrise is also nice but the sun does come directly in the room from the east and can get hot- all inclusive kitchen facilities (there is a stove and diswasher, this is unclear in the photos.) There is a coffee machine but we couldnt figure out how to use and simple cereal, coffee tea and milk provided. - Decor is as images, quite nice- comfortable beds and pillows - ac, heater, fans, tv all work fine. - nice soap and shampoo provided- clean enough 8/10 Cons- wifi signal is very poor we couldnt use it at all- some things that made us question the build quality - unfinished caulking on kitchen cabinets, paint drops on floor or unfinished painted cabinets, we turned on one light and this triggered a black out and we had to reset the mains which wasnt a problem as switch was inside. - there were a lot of insects. Maybe exacerbated because its warm weather and it is a farm, so to be expected. The fruit flies came through the fly screen. Many mosquitos around. However bug spray was provided by the owner so was tolerable. And i recommend to just shut the windows at night - minor details to be improved - dishwasher tablets were in a cup that was filled with liquid which was strange. coffee machine should be provided with instructions. - i dont like the stayz app its difficult to use Overall very enjoyable stay, we were ok with the cons. Ps there are dogs "
"Firstly the communication from the team organising the property was great and made everything really easy. The property itself was first class and private with everything you may need provided (even a step to help pack the pod on the car!) We really enjoyed the coffee machine and the swimming pool was one of the best we have had. The views were lovely and there was plenty of wildlife with Kangaroos, wombats and possums seen. We even saw a turtle. Access to Berry was quick and easy and Berry is a lovely place to visit. The house was so spacious that we didn’t even get to use one of the common areas. The main lounge room with TV was awesome. The A/C worked really well and the kitchen and laundry was well set up. Finally the dinning table overlooking the property was great for board games. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again! Thanks Rob and team, well done. "
"Moondance is a magnificent property, perfect for our family get together…
As we’re based in Sydney and far south coast and shoalhaven, this was the ideal location.
The property has a wonderful layout of bedrooms all with ensuite and multiple living areas which meant we could all do our own thing yet still be together. The pool and outside entertaining area with pizza oven and barbecue were the focal point. Well equipped kitchen and all appliances and pantry staples. Even down to birthday candles and picnic plates! Fantastic…thoroughly recommended"
"Place was very private, complete with kangaroos, wombats and birds and the odd cow down in the paddock. Got amazing views and stary nights by the camp fire without the need to camp. The tiny home was a real novelty and super comfy. There is also an old log cabin next door to use if you want something a bit more rustic to hangout in, conplete with an indoor fire place. Will definitely come back."
