"I really enjoyed my two days at this small house. It was so peaceful and quiet. Yet very close to town. The kitchen is a really nice size. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t have any issues that I needed help with during my stay. But the host was very clear on check-in and check out instructions. Everything was pretty simple and straightforward. It was a great place to stay in visiting Amache historic site and museum because you need to get up early and get there before it gets too hot!"

"Great place to stay the night if passing through Eads, Colorado. Clean, showers were amazing and excellent breakfast! Bed was very comfortable and air conditioner keep the room nice and cool as I sleep hot."

"Nice place with comfortable beds. The property and the rooms are very clean. Our room included a microwave and a mini fridge. The room did not include a coffee maker and the coffee provided for breakfast comes out of one of those instant coffee machines that use some kind of pouch or powder. It's not really coffee and it doesn't taste very good."

"Kimberlie was an excellent host! She communicated very well and checked in from time to time to see if I needed anything. The studio suite and covered patio lounge were great for enjoying quiet evenings in. I loved staying here and would absolutely stay here again."

"The room was clean, quiet, and very reasonable price. The toilet ran all night. We checked in late in the evening and didn't want to bother the staff about that, but they will have a steep water bill if it continues. The outside of the building needs picked up and cleaned. Doors were open all around the building. We could not get the wi-fi to work. There was a coffee maker and coffee in the room, but no coffee pot or coffee cup to use the single serve unit."
