Eagle Crest Resort offers 3 full golf courses open year round. There are 3 recreation centers offering indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, a children’s wading pool, seasonal splash park, hot tubs, fitness centers, tennis, and an indoor racquetball court. Or simply enjoy a serene stroll on the miles of walking trails.

Your stay includes up to 6 guest passes to recreation centers for use during your entire stay.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a private bathroom and king sized bed. There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen sized bed. The loft upstairs also has a sofa bend which can fold out to a queen sized bed.

There is parking space for two vehicles. you might be able to parallel park behind the two spaces (depending on the size of the vehicles)

- Dogs are not allowed on property. We advertise "no pets" thus, we do have a number of guests stay with us who have allergies. Thank you for understanding!
- Lost guest cards for sports center use will result in $100 replacement per card, so keep a careful watch on the number provided.

Property Care:
- We ask that you treat our home with the same care you would your own, maybe even a little extra!
- Please keep the furnishings in good condition so future guests can enjoy it too.

HOA rules:
- Please do not park anywhere but in the driveway. Cars may park on side of lawn for a maximum of three hours. There is overflow parking at the ridge sports center parking lot.
- Observe quiet hours between 10p-7a.

Liability:
- The property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and are responsible for anyone they invite onto the property.
- The owners are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Appliances & Fire Use:
- Use appliances only for their intended purposes.
- If you use the barbeque, please make sure to turn off propane tank after use.

No smoking or vaping:
- Smoking, of any kind, is strictly prohibited inside the home.
