It has a retractable awning so you can have shade or sun. Fred, the owner, met us at the property and showed us around and introduced us to the neighbor. He was very responsive to our text messages when we had questions. He also gave us some good tips about places to visit while in the area. He told us about a local bar/pub that we enjoyed very much."
