Mit dem Personal hatten wir persönlich gar keinen Kontakt nur über den Email Account. Tut mir sehr leid sagen zu müssen, dass wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful.
