"Even though I booked a land view room, I received a room with sea view, which was amazing. The amenities in the room were excellent and there were some additional benefits for instance they have “Green Stay” whereby if you forego housekeeping you get a free drink a day. The location of the hotel is great - there’s enough to do close by which was great since there was a public transport strike one day. I also enjoyed the spa."

"Nice hotel. Claudia in the executive lounge was super helpful to us. The room was nice. The sauna was out of order though which was a sad thing since I booked this hotel the night before flying back to the US and wanted to relax and use it. Breakfast was good too. Well run hotel. We will be back."

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam."
