"Great stay for a layover. In the airport and great customer service. We were travelling with dogs, and the staff were very helpful and provided all types of amenities and treats for the dogs. Vey clean and comfortable room with a coffee and bar amenities provided. The hotel has a 24/7 convenient shop with lots of good stuff, you will need a credit card to purchase."

I wanted Peace to clear my head and this hotel gave me what I needed. The view of the airport from the topmost floor of the hotel was also beautiful. In a nutshell, I enjoyed my stay."

"Good place to stay, clean and good service, very comfortable beds, place is clean, and the breakfast was also really good, eggs and pancakes, a lot of other options like yogurt, fresh fruits, jam and chocolate spreads, decent cup of coffee, it’s nice to have oat-milk option. Only thing is next to the hotel is a little dirty, and the elevator to the bus-stop smells."

My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having such a cozy space to unwind after exploring the city. The amenities were great too. The self-service food market on the second floor was really convenient, and the gym was a nice bonus. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rotterdam with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I was able to walk to most of the main sights, which made my trip even more enjoyable. All in all, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend The James Hotel if you are looking for a chic, friendly, and centrally located place to stay in Rotterdam!"
