We had to change room, the second one, despite being exactly the same, felt much more comfortable whilst the first one wasn't, perheps the second one was just redecorated. Breakfast is nice. Location is in the middle of a bio centre for companies. Very quiet."

"Can easily walk to the cruise terminal (with luggage). The Foodhallen across the street has a great variety of cuisines and drinks. Grocery store is one or two blocks away. Water and candy (free) are available in the lobby. "

"The staff was variable. Some exceedingly kind and pleasant but some abrupt. The facility sent me a note the day before arrival indicating there would be construction in the hotel. I told them that it was not excellent of them to send this less than 24 hours before arrival. But we did not experience any noise. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was very good.it had easy access to the harbor area which was nice."

"Very conveniently located just outside of Leiden Central station. Rooms are clean, large and good value for the price paid. Only downside is that the hotel is located in a commercial building shared with other offices, which means anyone can access the floors for the hotel rooms."
