"Nice room. Staff sent me to the immigration hotel to get checked in, but obviously this was wrong, walked round for 45 minutes looking for the correct check in. "

"Worst experience I have ever had so far from a hotel. Because of the time zone I made a mistake making my reservation through Expedia and i booked an extra day instead of only two days. At the airport from hometown, i sent a text to the hotel letting them know I made a mistake but I was on my way to get there. Once I got to the hotel, they told me they marked it as a no show because i missed the first day. I called Expedia, they contacted the supervisor Daniela, but she kept denying my reservation and not giving other reasonable alternatives. She only said to make a new reservation. I asked them if I can make it directly to them and they denied me (She just did not want to help). At that point tired from my long flight, I made another reservation through Expedia. Not surprisingly, because I was so tired, I made my reservation to the sister hotel so I had to go there instead. Now I got a message and they will NOT reimburse my first reservation because it was not show (despite of the fact I did texted them and they never replied) and even if I did not text them at all. At least the could have accommodated me for the other two days or even make me pay an extra fee which I am not opposed to. They really scammed me. Never again and I hope you find this review helpful so you know to what hotel you are making the reservation to. This is the type of hotel you want to AVOID at all cost."

"Clean"

"The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there. The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt for body rubs. They even had ice for use in the sauna, which was a delightful treat after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining was equally good. However, it seemed that everyone except the manager was unfamiliar with the hotel’s facilities and services. It appeared that they were relatively new to the industry."

"Get what you pay for and then some. Changed "shared bathroom" for me forever. So good. Great vibe. I am the demographic this hotel is designed for and I lapped it up. "

"Room was clean. Besides, reception staffs were all friendly. Safety was great too! There were cameras and many card-access doors to pass before one can enter your room. The only thing that one might need to consider is that the soundproofing is weak. I could hear people snoring and all other sound. It's like other people are living in your room. However, with the price in this expensive city, there's nothing to complain because you can have your own room with private bathroom."
