"The room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. We are repeat travellers to Mexico City and we always stay here. The breakfast is always superb. Lots of healthy options. The little food/snack bar on the main floor is a great service and is included with the stay. The world outside this hotel can be noisy and chaotic, but it feels like stepping into an oasis of calm when you return to the hotel. The rooms are surprisingly quiet given the location. Despite the noise and chaos of the Zocalo, we never felt unsafe in the surrounding neighbourhood, day or night."

"We only stayed for one night but wow what a nice hotel. They offer their guests fresh fruits/snacks, coffee and water throughout the day. Walking distance to everything in El Centro Historico. Great views. The cathedral is gorgeous must see. The tour buses pick up and drop off 1 block away from the hotel which made it very easy for us because we had 2 tours during our visit. The room was super spacious, the bed was very comfortable. We definitely would recommend this hotel. "

"Clean pleasant room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. I only ate there once but it was late the food was good and the service excellent. There is a store and a pharmacy practically next door and a great cafe around the corner. (Miga Cafe). It quickly felt like my home away from home. Highly recommend it. Dont expect fluent English. Learn some Spanish. You will be glad you did. "
