"Miserable. The place was not habitable. Ants bit my wife. Kills several spiders. Ceiling fan in master did not work. Place was dated and not kept up. We left after 15 minutes and had to find a local hotel. Stay away from tis place. "

Malmousque is just about the perfect neighborhood in every way, and being literal steps from the water was almost too good to be true. Great communication and responsiveness from the hosts as well. "Ce que je retiens c’est surtout l’emplacement…c’est vraiment ce que je recherchais. Du coup, au dessus d’un café et face à des restaurants, c’est animé et donc bruyant le soir si vous dormez dans la pièce principale…Nous étions 3. Je pense qu’à 4 c’est juste en terme de place. Le canapé n’est pas très adapté pour dormir confortablement. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Je le trouve un peu cher pour les prestations. "

"Eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit gemütlicher Einrichtung. Die Lage im Herzen eines eher ruhigen Viertels vieler Berufstätiger. Mit dem öffentlich angebotenen E Bikes oder Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof, der Metro oder am Hafen. Leider war die Wohnung bei Übergabe für unsere Augen unsauber. Scheiben nicht geputzt , Flecken von Getränken auf dem Fußboden , Staub und Konfettireste der Vorbewohner in allen Ecken. Das Geschirr mangels Geschirrspültabs unsauber bis schmierig. Ungeziefer....

"Maison très bien placée à 5 min à pied du petit port du Vallon des Auffes et sa piscine naturelle tout en étant au calme, stationnement facile grâce au garage, trois belles terrasses équipées pour passer de bonnes soirées (plancha, évier, frigo) décoration soignée et cuisine très pratique avec tout le nécessaire ! Très bonne communication et accueil d’AmelieOn se sent très vite à l’aise, bref en un seul mot PARFAIT pour un séjour détente et découverte de Marseille et ses environs "
