"Stay was fine. The reason for my 1-star was the fact that I had to buy a lock for my locker, since I could not find mine. I finally found mine 4 hours later and tried to return the lock I had just purchased and get a refund and was terribly treated at reception. The guy literally said: you bought it, it is your problem. That ruined the experience for me. "

"I like how close it was to the bus and train, also that was secure with the cards, the recicle, the facilities (common areas, laundry, kitchen and food service too. I didn’t like the odor in the kitchen, also we asked for hand soap (cause it ran out) and the personnel told us they bring it up, but didn’t. "

"A lot of positive things here. The communal area is huge with space to relax, eat, drink, play games. Cheap and good options to eat and drink here. Location is good, near Norrebro metro station. The bed was very comfy, enough space in the room, but it felt very hot at times. The bathroom and showers area is also huge. My main negative comment would be that the water pressure is way too weak, the rain is sometimes harder."

"This was my first time staying at a hostel and I was beyond pleased with my stay. All the facilities were very organized, the bedrooms were clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. There is also a bus stop less than 5 min away, so it’s easy to move around the city. The area is very nice as well, lots of restaurants and bars around it. Definitely consider this hostel if you’re looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation. "

"What we liked: The staff was very helpful, rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Only 15 min. walk to train and Metro station. A few good grocery and dinning options a few hundred feet from lobby. Having a kitchenette and laundry appliances saved us money on our 2-week stay. Rooms/kitchen were cleaned regularly. "Our room was great, it had a small sitting room with a sofa, tv, table and chair, perfect for watching TV while not bothering the other guest while they sleep or using the desk. We had a small balcony which on a beautiful day would be great. Lots of room, very clean. Very good location."
