"We got to the location early and asked the front desk clerk if we could get in early. She said no which we understood. My husband then asked if we could grab some ice, but the front desk clerk said it was for the customers. We didn't understand when she knew we would be customers at 4:00pm check in time. My husband requested a floor room and again she said no and that it was all full. When we returned at check in time, the other front desk clerk assisted us and even gave us a floor room. When we did enter the room, there were used towels hanging on the restroom door and only 1 roll of toilet paper. We had to go and ask for toilet paper and we simply threw the dirty towels on the floor. Overall, we don't experience bad customer service but the you g front desk clerk wasn't helpful. I don't know what her name was but we avoided her during our stay. The room could have been handled better. That’s gross finding old towels hanging. Breakfast was good and other staff was very nice to us."
