"Room was nice but the front desk did not let us know that room service would not be servicing our room while we were there. Our key card to our room stopped working twice and we had to get new ones. Place was clean and breakfast was good."

"The hotel was very dated. The door locks in the entire place weren't working correctly. To get into the hotel past the front desk, staff had to go around and open the door. Everytime I left and came back, my room key wouldn't work and I had to go back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. People made lots of noise until well after 1:30 in the morning. The bathroom was clean, but nothing else was. There were only 2 super flat pillows. I was booked for 3 nights for a business trip, but I checked out a night early and went to a different hotel. Staff was rude. I would never stay there again!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Columbia. The house was really nice, spacious, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. Because we went at Christmas time, there was quite the party across the street on Christmas Eve, and we almost could not get into the driveway. That was not on the owners, of course. We definitely would come here again, because the neighborhood is otherwise very quiet."

"Great location and great place too stay however we had a few issues. The electronic lock did not work properly. We were able to enter the unit but were not able to lock the door when we went out for dinner. I’m not sure it was even loved when we arrived. We took valuables with us when we left for dinner. The next morning we could not get hot water. I ran both the faucet and shower in the master bath for a solid five minutes and only got a moment or two of warm water. This unit is a really nice place. Maybe I got there the weekend it was time for new batteries in the door lock and an exceptionally cold morning? Owner was responsive but unable to resolve our issues in short order. "

"We rented this house for my son’s graduation at Fort Jackson and it did not disappoint! From the time we walked through the door we could not stop talking about how nice the house was and neither could our family! Everything was very thought out and the perfect blend of hotel and home. My son was able to spend some time relaxing while enjoy his family and the laughter and smiles were non stop. I would recommended this home to anyone coming in for graduation, you won’t regret it! Great neighborhood, all the food and stores close by and not far from post at all. "
