"First of all the staff I met was awesome (3/9,10) Very friendly and kind... smiles. Rooms were perfect and morning coffee was good. The most pleasant surprise was the music playlist in the lobby. I would love to have that on my phone. Every time I walked through I found myself humming along or asking... "who is that singing?". Also... a couple of good choices to eat within walking distance."

"Room was nice but the front desk did not let us know that room service would not be servicing our room while we were there. Our key card to our room stopped working twice and we had to get new ones. Place was clean and breakfast was good."

"The hotel was very dated. The door locks in the entire place weren't working correctly. To get into the hotel past the front desk, staff had to go around and open the door. Everytime I left and came back, my room key wouldn't work and I had to go back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. People made lots of noise until well after 1:30 in the morning. The bathroom was clean, but nothing else was. There were only 2 super flat pillows. I was booked for 3 nights for a business trip, but I checked out a night early and went to a different hotel. Staff was rude. I would never stay there again!"

"Was ok. Had to buy or own tissues or use tp. No towels in the kitchen and limited paper towels. Bathroom upstairs leaked water to the main floor but they took care of it right away and we appreciate the quick response and resolution."
