"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The Staff member at check-in was cold and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no smile, and the interaction made it feel as though we were bothering her rather than being welcomed as guests. When we entered the room, the cleanliness was clearly below standard. The floor was sticky, there were dried alcohol on the nighstand, and there were hairs around the toilet. After taking the shower, condensation on the bathroom mirror revealed writing said « that room smells like hot dog water » We were too tired to request a room change late at night, so we stayed anyway. However, the condition of the room and the reception experience were both well below ehat we could reasonably expect from a hotel."

"No towels were provided during my stay. Food/trash left over from previous guest stay. Front desk called at 10 am to ask me if I would be checking out on time-checkout is 11 am. Front desk should not be calling so early ahead of check out time and rush guests before they’ve checked out."
