The condo itself wasn’t the problem, although the sofa had several stains the rest was fine with tons of towels/blankets/games and dog toys! It is in a great location. Some of the blinds are not functional but also not a big deal. Our problem was that the listing when we booked had TVs in all 3 bedrooms ( and parking out front) which we had counted on. It was VRBO Grand Welcome that was just pitiful from the start. Our entry code didn’t work, and it took 40minutes and us reaching out to them several times for them to reset it. Then we took photos of the couch stains for security, and asked where the tvs were as there were none in the 2 smaller bedrooms. For the first 2 days we were told that they were “working on the fastest solution to get the 2 TVs “ and that they would “update us shortly”. Several automated replies later I contacted VRBO directly to make them aware of our issue. The experience with them was less then stellar - the online assistant told me that she had to close our chat and needed to talk directly to resolve this issue. VRBO felt that it was ok to call me at 11:30pm when I asked her not to. She woke my wife, then pulled “ I have to hang up and I’ll call you back but I am trying to get you 2 days refund.” That sounded like a lot of money, so stupid me actually answered when she called right back - but then it was 100 VRBO credit and still no TVs. I hung up when on hold, called back at 11:53pm,1202 and 5 more times. Very scammy experience. Beware!
