  • 25B Olive Avenue- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
    An ocean block, two-story cottage. This quaint little rental features a first-floor bedroom and laundry, with a small lounge area. The second floor includes one bedroom, a full bath, kitchen and living area.
    There is off street parking for 2 cars.

    The outside shower is shared with the main house.
    This is a non smoking unit.

    A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $160.50.

    Second floor- 1 Queen

    All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
