The building has an elevator, and the condo is one level- a perfect unit for those who can't do steps. This is especially nice after driving all afternoon to start your vacation!
LOCATION: This condo sits on the ocean block on Maryland Ave, just two short blocks from all the action on Rehoboth Ave. Take a trip to the "Nation's Summer Capital." Dine at our 5-star restaurants, shop at our unique downtown shops as well as at three Tanger Outlets (tax-free) conveniently located and approx. 2 miles on Rt. 1.
