When evening rolls around... keep the car parked and walk into town to choose from a vast number of delicious casual and gourmet restaurants. If you feel like staying in, the well equipped kitchen and charcoal grill will make dinner plans a snap. Afterward, you can keep up with your favorite shows on the 4 smart TVs or play family games on the screened in porch! Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
