Charming square efficiency relax in the natural sunlight that radiates in from the patio slider doors that access to the balcony where you can kick back and relax and view the front courtyard and koi pond. The living area with its coastal decor in shades of blue offers a comfortable sofa sleeper for viewing television along with many movies for you to watch. There is built in cabinets for extra storage and a double murphy bed. Have plenty of extra counter space in the bright kitchen for your cooking needs and dining area off of living area. You'll have extra room with additional twin trundle bed and dresser. (1 double murphy, queen sofa sleeper, 1 twin with trundle)
