"Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, elegant decorations, and overall amazing! We didn’t opt for the breakfast but it was nice to have as an option. The rooms were spacious and clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The shower was quite small but we managed. And the location could not be beat, it’s within walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in Graz, with many cafes and bars nearby. The front desk staff were all so welcoming and helpful."

"It’s a great hotel in an excellent location for walking around Graz, with plenty to see and tons of restaurants nearby. There is a public transportation hub very close, and a dedicated taxi stand across from the lobby doors. The rooms are very nice, and the hotel has a very upscale and modern feel, which isn’t generally my style, but there’s nothing to complain about as far as aesthetics and appeal of the property’s design. Nice, adequate breakfast provided, but lacking an actual dining area (you kind of have to eat in the lobby)—still nothing that I’d find to complain about. The staff are very warm and friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much. Photos include a view from my room."
