"This was our 4th stay in Sea Urchin beach house which really says everything. It was also the 5th stay on Filey Bay. It has every thing you could possibly want."

"We had a lovely week staying at Ocean Cove, the accommodation is wonderful, clean and lots of amenities to help make your stay comfortable. We used the leisure pass to access the pool which was great and really enjoyed being so close to the beach too. Comfortable beds and lovely decoration throughout. Well situated to explore the coastline locations, we were sad to leave. Thank you, we have already booked again for next year!"

"We were there as 3 adults for 10 nights. The house was extremely well equipped, including towels and loo roll. It's in a great spot with nice outside space with lovely garden furniture and a sea view from the balcony. Two good parking spaces. Comfortable beds, bedding spotless. No issues with it being dog friendly even though we don't have any. There were no annoying pet hairs. Paula answers queries pretty quickly. We arranged for a Sainsbury's delivery on the day we arrived. Very convenient due to Paula's good communication. This is definitely a home from home. Bar on the site is great value for money for decent pub food. We didn't use the other facilities."

"Fantastic beach house that has everything you could need without being cluttered. It is really well maintained and everything is high quality e.g. beds, appliances, tv etc. Love the large decking at the back and the spacious seating at the front. Close to the pool and pub and easy access to the beach path. Perfect"
