"We booked here properties for a family holiday to celebrate my 60th Birthday and my Mum's 90th birthday, as a joint celebration, although we have stayed at the Bay many times I various accomodations. Thee large house was perfect for us all to get together for evening - as there were 12 of us in the party and there was plenty of room, both around the table and in the 2 lounges. It was also lovely to sit out on the veranda on a morning for breakfast, as we had some lovely warn weather. There is pretty much everything you could ask for in the houses (except black bin bags to separate recycling and toilet rolls - minor details) and they are all spotlessly clean. The large house, at the top of the beach path is probably the best house that we have stayed and between us we've probably been to the Bay about 20 times. To get the 3 together also made the price very competitive and Wass a bonus when there were so many of us. Would definitely recommend this group of properties and would love to visit again :-)."

"This was our first time staying at the Bay and we will return. The location and proximity to the beach and coast path was ideal for our needs with our dog. The area was quiet and well kept. We did not use the sites facilities during our stay such as pub, swimming pool etc...but these were only a short walk away. The house was clean and tidy on arrival and felt homely and welcoming. Everything is provided that you need. There is plenty of parking both front and back. The garden is a added bonus especially with this particular house being semi enclosed with a small hedge, which offered extra privacy. We did book last minute and the booking was confirmed with check in details being sent promptly."

"Myself, my husband and our dog Stanley have just enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Lighthouse, the Bay, Filey. The property was perfect, in a great location for all the amenities. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and was well equipped with everything you might need. We have to the Bay on numerous occasions and no doubt be returning in the near future."
